Key Supply Chain Position

This is a vital role that drives the supply chain to optimal performance. It entails processing and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions within the supply chain domain.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the global supply chain team in building tools and processes to collect data from various sources.
  • Independently analyze large datasets to answer specific questions, and conduct quantitative analysis using data modeling techniques to generate insights.
  • Presentation of data and business insights to key stakeholders, including Supply Chain performance metrics.
  • Development of expertise through researching Data Management capabilities and potential further education.
  • Translation of inventory strategies into executable plans and communication with production teams.
  • Coordination of improvement initiatives in Site review meetings processes, and collaboration with management teams on Global inventory management strategy.
  • Material operations: identification of potential business issues and/or supply constraints, development of risk mitigation plans, and escalation of Material supply issues.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, including experience with SAP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills with complex data sets.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Alteryx or Power BI.
  • Ability to travel globally as required, and a clear desire to build a career in a multinational organization.
