We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  3. Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.">
  4. Measure, price, and negotiate budgets and costs, including variations to project scope.">
  5. Evaluate and resolve any queries promptly.">
  6. Attend pre-contract meetings and collaborate with construction professionals to meet project milestones.">
  7. Maintain up-to-date procurement schedules and manage tender processes.">
  8. Visit sites to measure and value completed work, ensuring everything stays on track.">
  9. Oversee subcontractor payments and manage cost and value reconciliations.">
  10. Support contract and site management teams to ensure efficient project delivery.">
  11. Mentor and guide junior surveyors to help them grow within the company.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
