We are proud to be launching a state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our digital transformation and function as a center of excellence for our global Product and Technology organization.

Our Dublin facility will comprise a workforce focused on software development, automotive technology, AdTech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in this hub will develop and implement best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for our streaming and in-vehicle audio platforms.

How You'll Make an Impact:

You'll manage software engineering teams developing platform APIs supporting our services, providing a cohesive experience across Client Applications. You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to harmonize efforts toward shared company goals. This role reports to a Director of Technical Program Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain high-performing teams, establishing clear goals, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Develop in-depth subject matter expertise and lead efforts to advance the domain roadmap, aligning with organizational priorities.

  • Solve complex, cross-organizational challenges, devising innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Create and maintain domain process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize impact.

  • Apply advanced SDLC methodologies and program management best practices to plan, monitor, and execute large-scale programs successfully.

  • Utilize technical and program management tools to optimize team and program performance.

  • Prepare for high-stakes meetings, crafting comprehensive agendas and pre-read materials.

  • Set and uphold high standards of quality, compliance, and best practices within the team and influence peers across the organization.

What We Need:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex initiatives.

  • 2+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams in technical or product management environments.

  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

  • Strong familiarity with program and project management tools.

  • Advanced technical knowledge in relevant domain areas, with experience in technical architecture and system design.

  • Expert-level verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced conflict management skills.

  • Extensive experience with SDLC methodologies.

  • Strong technical proficiency demonstrated in any number of ways.

  • An innate problem solver with the ability to thrive under pressure.
