The Director of Analytics will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. This strategic leadership position will involve defining our team's analytics strategy, developing best practices, and overseeing the construction of statistical insights, predictive models, and analytics workflows. You'll partner closely with business leaders to research wide-ranging topics, lead real business applications, construct statistical insights/models with your teammates, and build and implement solutions with engineers.
Requirements:- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead technical staff, with a minimum of 8+ years hands-on experience in data analysis, data science, program management, or product ownership.
