This role is focused on monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing maintenance-related tasks to ensure optimal efficiency in the organization.

  • Monitoring KPIs will involve tracking various metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimizing processes to meet organizational goals.
  • The Maintenance Operations Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing purchase data to validate prices and make informed decisions about procurement.

  • Collaboration with the Engineering team will be essential in adding new parts to the inventory, ensuring that baseline costs are established from the organization's perspective before adding new items.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that a 100% cycle count of the store is completed within a 12-month period, covering approximately 27,000 items.
  • Liaising with technical teams will also be necessary to drive cost savings through better purchasing options or identifying identical specifications at lower prices.
  • It is crucial to document all savings achieved to maximize returns and not just meet contract minimum requirements.
