About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of our team providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our residents.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, managing front desk and responding to student enquiries.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
  • Maintain communal areas, promoting a clean and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
  • Participate in wellbeing and social events, fostering a sense of community among students.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being approachable and courteous to students.
  • Ability to work independently, making sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
