The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility, and comfortable working as part of a team. Key duties will include:
Project Management / Leadership- Project Management / Leadership- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Financial management of project delivery.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).
- Prepare structural designs for a variety of building projects (public and private).
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for structures.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Oversight of preparation of design drawings.
- Support business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
