Site Leader for Business Excellence

This is an exciting role for a strategic leader to drive business and operational excellence at our site in Sligo.
You will spearhead initiatives to improve cost efficiency, process optimization, and ensure alignment with global standards. Your mission will be to lead the implementation of our Business and Operational Excellence strategy and collaborate with all departments to achieve AbbVie's goals.
- Lead the OpEx and PMO teams to provide strategic direction and oversight.
- Develop and execute key strategic projects on-site, manage the overall project portfolio, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental aspects, ensuring adherence to AbbVie Global policies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set departmental goals, schedules, and timetables.
- Monitor critical performance metrics, oversee departmental budgets, and control reporting.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork among program and project managers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive business growth and strategy development.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Prior experience in a similar role or leadership position.
