Role: Speech TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families in a person-centred, community-based manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine clients' speech therapy requirements, developing communication programmes in line with professional standards.
  • Monitor and assess progress, modifying programmes as needed.
  • Liaise with staff and other personnel working directly with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff in implementing communication programmes.
  • Facilitate parental involvement in programmes for children.
  • Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in programme planning.
  • Attend relevant meetings as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a BSc degree in Speech Therapy, CORU registration or be at an advanced stage, and hold a full clean driving license with use of a car. Experience working with ID and/or Autism is desirable.
