**Job Title:** Chef Relief Team in Dublin
As a skilled and experienced chef, you have the opportunity to join our relief team in Dublin. Our team works with top hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues, offering flexible working hours and excellent pay rates.
Our chefs work daytime Monday to Friday hours, with the option to pick up extra shifts on Sundays at an enhanced rate of €24 per hour. We offer paid weekly and for every hour worked, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your time.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure a high standard of catering meets the needs of the Head Chef and customers.
- Hold valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
- Have up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (we can provide training if needed).
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
