**Job Description:**
">Social Care Workers are sought for a new role in Co Kildare, delivering trauma-informed care to young people aged 13-17.
">The successful candidates will join a team providing therapeutic environments and encouraging positive attachments through relationship building.
">This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of Social Care professionals, promoting holistic, trauma-informed care to the young people.
">">**Responsibilities:**
">- Participate in development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans.">
- Promote the rights and responsibilities of each child/young person within the Service.">
- Promote physical, emotional, social and religious welfare of each young person in care.">
**Requirements:**
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">Be registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU or hold a CORU approved qualification with evidence of application.
">Have the requisite knowledge and ability for proper discharge of the duties of office.
