Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Expert

This role presents a chance to play a pivotal part in the organisation's expansion of its digital remit under new EU legislation. The successful candidate will be working at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging their expertise to drive change.

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects across various systems, ensuring seamless integration and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include defining technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing user acceptance testing, and managing third-party service providers. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to process mapping and business analysis across key internal functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT or a related technical field, recognised project management certification (Agile, PMP, Prince2), and 3+ years of experience delivering IT projects in complex or regulated environments. Strong skills in systems integration, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination are essential for success in this role.

Beyond technical proficiency, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
