Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards following client site specific SOPs and procedures.
  • Maintain and complete PM and CM on the client site within timely manner.
  • Complete external and internal glass annually, as well as external cladding.
  • Perform power washing and external grounds on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain good standards in service chases/plant rooms and penthouses on the client site.
  • Report any safety hazards or inappropriate compromises to the line manager.
  • Ensure specified safety signage is used at all times.
  • Provide cover in other areas during sickness and holidays.
  • Document completion of duties by completing forms, reports, logs, and electronic records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Previous experience as an industrial cleaner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
