Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to spearhead our recruitment and training initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all hiring processes, including internal promotions and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic management of employee relations, encompassing talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation.
  • Payroll administration through our Time and Attendance system.
  • Development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in payroll management and cost control.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and related legislation.
