**Operations and Administrative Partner Opportunity**

Our company is looking for a skilled Operations and Administrative Partner to support our growth. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.
  • Assist in setting up operational processes for the company's startup phase.
  • Provide support in organizing meetings, managing calendars, and liaising with external stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic research and data management related to US trading practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of US trading practices is a significant advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

  • Based in or near Sandyford, Dublin, with the flexibility to commute to the office as needed.
  • Initial hourly minimum wage for the first 5 days + commission.
  • Full employment terms are to be negotiated and provided within the first month.
