We are seeking an experienced and skilled NCHD to join our team at Wexford General Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, develop your clinical skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Diagnose and treat patients in accordance with established medical guidelines and protocols;
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients on admission and/or discharge, documenting findings and recommendations in case notes;
  3. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals;
  4. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary;
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination;
