• Drive cost-effectiveness through supplier analysis, negotiations, and sourcing initiatives.
• Foster supplier partnerships: develop robust relationships with vendors and lead performance reviews.
• Enhance procurement systems: identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using tools like Sage Professional.
• Collaborate across departments to anticipate procurement needs and deliver timely solutions.
• Lead stock, tool, and fleet management with precision and accountability.
• Optimise hired plant and equipment for cost-effectiveness and availability.

This position is ideal for someone with proven procurement experience, particularly in mechanical, engineering, or construction sectors. The successful candidate will have commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience using procurement or ERP systems (Sage Professional preferred).
