Job Description
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will work primarily with StepWise implementations, our automated rating and pricing system, and consult with clients on requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and implementation.

In addition to working on StepWise implementations, this role will involve advising clients on Underwriting, Actuarial, and financial projects, and supporting senior consultants as appropriate.

Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny offices and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.

This role requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, calculations, VBA, etc., and hands-on SQL experience, including familiarity with database design best practices, creating stored procedures, etc.
