Job Title: AI Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop your skills in content creation, data annotation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate English data accurately and consistently, leveraging your strong understanding of language comprehension and domain knowledge.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and output from machine learning classifiers, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation.
  • Conduct research as needed to annotate accurately, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
  • Offer insights into observed patterns in annotated data, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them, ensuring that our data remains accurate and relevant.

Requirements:

  • C1 Level minimum in English proficiency (CEFR).
  • Degree Level 7 or above.
  • Understanding of common social norms, including social dynamics, social media, and popular culture.
  • Able to work efficiently to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • A strong performance ethos and personal commitment to achieving outstanding customer performance.
