Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to the technical team.
  • Lead job-led roles on multiple projects.
  • Coordinate layouts and generate tender and construction documentation.
  • Develop sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance.
  • Oversee BIM/Revit projects through the detailed design stages.
  • Demonstrate strengths post-planning through technical packages, coordination, delivery, and on-site project stages.
  • Produce technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligning with project standards and schedules.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager/Contract Administrator and conduct site visits to provide construction and technical support.
