The role of Incident Response Security Engineer is pivotal in safeguarding Amazon's systems and data. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, contain, and mitigate security threats.
Job Description:- Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Collaborate with security teams to analyze and address security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Design and implement secure solutions to prevent future incidents.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science, information security, or a related field. They should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in incident response and security engineering.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
- Experience with common security monitoring, log analysis, and forensic tools.
- Technical depth in application security, infrastructure security, digital forensics, malware analysis, threat hunting, or a combination thereof.
