Senior Clinical Manager Position

At our nursing home, we seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Clinical Manager.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents, leading and motivating nursing staff, and promoting a positive, person-centred care environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in nursing management or a nursing home/aged care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIQA Standards and National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland
  • Leadership training and/or QQI Level 6 in Management (desirable)
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing leadership (desirable)
