We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join our team in Galway, Ireland.

- Minimum of 3 year's experience in a busy and challenging manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability as a people manager to lead and motivate individuals and teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing concepts and quality system requirements.
- Demonstrated ability for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Full understanding of GDP, GMP, and compliance requirements within the medical industry.
- Knowledge of materials systems, SAP, and supply chain functions.
