Mixologist Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at the 4 Star Castle Hotel Macroom Co Cork. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bar service to our guests.

The role involves working a mix of day shifts and close shifts over weekends, requiring strong time management and communication skills. You will work closely with our team to build a loyal customer base, providing expertly crafted cocktails and local craft beers in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with regular customers and new guests alike
• Prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails and local craft beers
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
