A rapidly growing retail company is currently searching for dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join its amazing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for logistics and be looking to take their career to new heights.

Job Overview:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in a timely manner
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles while adhering to safe lifting techniques and guidelines

The successful candidate will maintain stock inventory with accuracy and organization, ensure all deliveries are checked in and out accurately from the warehouse, and follow Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures at all times. They will also operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, participate in routine stock checks, and report discrepancies. Additionally, they will work closely with team members to achieve warehouse targets and goals and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
  • Forklift certification is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
