Software Development Team Lead

Job Summary:
This role oversees the software development practice, managing a team to deliver and support bespoke solutions and platforms with a strong engineering focus.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of software developers to achieve their maximum potential.
- Manage multiple projects and change requests, collaborating with cloud engineers in a DevOps framework.
- Collaborate closely with other management team members to meet the function's plans and demands.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, code analysis, and test management.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, SQL, web development, security, and open-source technologies.
- Experience delivering and maintaining software in agile environments with leading tools, techniques, and KPIs.
- Automation of build, deploy, test, and release processes.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of proven experience in software development teams.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
