Job Summary:

Civil Engineer - Structural Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in concrete and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in heavy civils and quality inspections.

This role involves conducting site inspections, interpreting engineering drawings, and producing technical reports. You will work closely with clients across the energy transition, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and identifying design risks.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and be working towards or holding chartered status with Engineers Ireland. Strong understanding of construction codes and methodologies is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections of concrete and steel structures
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Produce technical reports and feasibility studies
  • Apply knowledge of piling, geotechnical studies, and environmental factors
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and identify design risks
Requirements:
