Healthcare Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Team Leader to oversee our dedicated team of home support workers in Wicklow. This role requires ensuring the highest standards of client care and support, fostering a positive and collaborative environment, and managing day-to-day operations of client services.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of caregivers, guaranteeing compliance with care plans and service standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.
- Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Be QQI level 5(major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certified
- Have a relevant health or social care background
- Have a caring and empathetic nature
- Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
- Have an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
- Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
- Work/Life Balance - up to 37.5 hours/week*
- Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5.00pm*
