Electronics Design Lead

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and mitigating design risks to minimize delays and costs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of experience in electronics design and leadership
  • Strong technical expertise in IC layout, digital design, and analog circuit design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment

Additional skills such as proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso IC61/IC18/IC20, VXL, and Mentor Graphics Calibre are highly desirable but not required.
