Key Responsibilities

As a Beauty Artist, you will:

  1. Deliver world-class artistry and impeccable customer experiences, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
  2. Build strong relationships with team members and management, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  3. Champion our brand values, embodying the spirit of innovation and excellence that defines us.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge, continually developing your skills to stay ahead of the curve.
  5. Adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing activities and opportunities to maximize success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • A passion for our brand and commitment to spreading the word about our innovative approach to beauty.
  • Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to meet diverse customer needs.
