Transfer Pricing Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned transfer pricing specialist to lead our specialist team and drive strategic growth in our service line.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading client engagements and developing senior-level relationships
  • Contributing to our leadership team and shaping our market proposition
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing team of transfer pricing specialists
  • Collaborating with colleagues across tax, advisory, and audit to deliver integrated solutions

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transfer pricing gained within a professional services environment and a proven track record at Partner or Director level.

  • Deep technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, EU and Irish transfer pricing rules, and global developments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business development
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

About the Role

The Transfer Pricing Specialist will be responsible for leading client engagements and developing senior-level relationships. The role will involve contributing to our leadership team and shaping our market proposition, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of transfer pricing specialists, and collaborating with colleagues across tax, advisory, and audit to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies that align with client objectives
  2. Providing technical expertise on transfer pricing matters, including OECD guidelines, EU and Irish transfer pricing rules, and global developments
  3. Fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
  4. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex transfer pricing projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing gained within a professional services environment
  • Proven track record at Partner or Director level
  • Deep technical knowledge of OECD guidelines, EU and Irish transfer pricing rules, and global developments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive business development
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
