At Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Specialist, Financial Strategy, who will play a key role in supporting the analysis and development of financial information required to successfully support the company's endeavours.

The successful candidate will work with the Finance team and Operational areas to develop, report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators. They will also contribute to site management operational and strategic initiatives, including costing new products/initiatives and participating in selected strategic projects with relevant business partners.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience and make a significant impact on our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment, with strong business partnering experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

They will possess knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, with a continuous improvement focus. Additionally, they will have experience in preparing applications for Irish grants, subsidies, tax incentives, and knowledge of SAP and BPC.
