Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, in accordance with Irish accounting standards and best practices.
  • Manage daily financial operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to identify areas for improvement and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a strong track record of success
  • Thorough understanding of Irish GAAP and IFRS, with experience in applying these principles in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in a range of accounting software and systems
