We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated medical professional to join our team as a Consultant Physician in Geriatric Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex geriatric conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess, diagnose, and manage patients with geriatric-related health issues
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • To collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines in geriatric medicine

We require a specialist with registration in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the relevant specialty. Applications must include the required application form and candidate information booklet.

Requirements:
  • Registration as a specialist in the relevant specialty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
