Project Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished leader to oversee the management of diverse civil and structural engineering projects. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence and delivering exceptional service.

This high-profile position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for driving project planning, design, and execution, with a focus on timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

To excel in this challenging role, candidates must possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) and chartered engineer status (CEng) with a recognised professional body. A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering is required, along with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
