Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bar Operations Manager to lead a high-volume venue in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in ensuring smooth operations across all departments
  • Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest operational standards
  • Oversee bar operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and P&L
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required
