Biotech HVAC Validation Engineer Opportunity

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering on the qualification and validation program.

This includes planning and execution of validation/requalification activities on critical equipment.

The role will focus on HVAC qualification & validation in production environments, including managing routine re-qualification programs.

You will lead airflow visualization, filter integrity, velocity, and particle monitoring testing activities.

Additionally, you will assist in the development and improvement of the validation lifecycle process while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of cGMPs and other worldwide regulatory requirements.

They will also have problem-solving ability and excellent oral and written communication skills.

A Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree or equivalent is required.

Experience qualifying HVAC systems and/or executing VPHP qualifications is essential.

Knowledge of Quality and Document Management Systems is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and other worldwide regulatory requirements
  • Problem-solving ability and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience qualifying HVAC systems and/or executing VPHP qualifications
  • Knowledge of Quality and Document Management Systems
