Job Title:
Corporate Transactions Director Role
Description:
- Oversee client relationships, manage portfolios and provide strategic tax solutions to complex issues.
- Work with large UK corporates and multinational groups on specific tax matters like corporate interest restriction and loss reform.
- Identify business opportunities and meet financial objectives through proactive leadership.
- Develop and present proposals for tenders and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Deliver sophisticated tax advice, analyze data and identify business issues for sustainable growth.
- Produce well-researched tax reports and maintain risk management adherence.
- Manage client financials and oversee team performance.
- Lead by example, motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
- Drive personal and team development through ongoing learning and collaboration.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified with a strong technical background.
- Experience in a large practice tax department preferably within the Big 6 firms.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Approachable, proactive and responsible with excellent relationship-building skills.
