As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections. You will also prepare and present reports to clients, draft and review correspondences to contractors, and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prominent global EPCM company on highway, public realm, and transportation projects. You will be part of a small team requiring experience in contract administration, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections;
  • Prepare and present reports to clients;
  • Draft and review correspondences to contractors;
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline;
  • 5 years + post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects;
  • Ideal experience in mechanical/electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance;
