">About the Role:
">The hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead its nursing team. This senior clinical position reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing a high-quality and safe nursing service across the hospital.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Lead the provision of a high-quality and safe nursing service across the hospital
">• Provide professional leadership to nursing staff at all levels, including advice, development, and implementation of nursing policy and strategy
">• Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and safety
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">• A Registered Nurse with full NMBI registration
">• A Level 8 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Health or management related field
">• Postgraduate diploma in gerontology, preferable
">• A minimum of 7 years post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting
">• Minimum of 4 years management experience at CNM II level or above in an acute hospital setting
">• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
