Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Field Applications Engineer.

Responsibilities
  • Support product pre-sales demos, pilot projects, and real deployments for new and existing clients, including design, architecture, and ensuring specification completeness.
  • Partner with our marketing team to define requirements for product development.
  • Collaborate with our software development team to drive and test software development activities.
  • Provide advanced applications engineering support for leading edge customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with customers to identify and solve yield problems using our software.
  • Support customers in determining their analysis and reporting needs.
  • Create detailed software requirements specifications to describe new functionality and user interfaces.
  • Develop case studies and prepare training materials based on customer data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in project execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and driving customer success.
  • Strong statistical analytical skills in semiconductor data using Yield Management Systems or Statistical software packages.
  • Teaching or training experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly professional, self-motivated, and self-managed individual.
