Description:
The position of Field Service Engineer is a key role within our service department. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of laboratory equipment at customer sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installations and commissioning of laboratory equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with onsite issues over the phone.
  • Undertake preventative maintenance visits as scheduled by the Service Coordinators.
  • Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Follow Environmental Health and Safety regulatory requirements.
