Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to spearhead the management of our organization's workforce.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, and fostering an environment that promotes staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead all HR activities and ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems.

  • Collaborate with managers to facilitate performance appraisals and drive performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance workplace efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR; hospitality background highly desirable.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with CIPD certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices within the HR industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
