About the Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Fabrication Engineer at Executive Edge, you will play a crucial role in designing and building bespoke manufacturing equipment. This involves working closely with engineers to install electrical components and wiring according to schematic diagrams. You will also be responsible for installing pneumatic components, pipe-work and equipment in accordance with pneumatics diagrams.

In this role, you will prepare and assemble cable and pipe ways, bracketing and support systems. You will connect electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components and read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures. The Multi-Skilled Fabrication Engineer will collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process, take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components, and select or modify components according to measurements and specifications.

The Multi-Skilled Fabrication Engineer will align material and put together parts to build more complex units. They will check output to ensure highest quality, maintain equipment in good condition, keep records of production quantities and time, and report on issues, malfunction or defective parts.
