The Role:

This role is based in our Limerick office and will be within our Fund Administration Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting and producing/overseeing daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting solutions for submission to Regulators across Europe on a wide range of fund structures.

We offer a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need. The role involves collaboration with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensuring all current requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead planning and execution of daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with senior team members.
  2. Engage with Regulators, Relationship Management, and Northern Trust clients on queries related to existing reporting solutions or ad-hoc information requests.
  3. Promote cross-training of partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
  4. Work with the leadership team to develop a strategic and scalable operating model for service offerings, ensuring sustainability and profitability.
  5. Communicate proactively with clients, suggesting operational efficiencies, process improvements, and enhancements to client experiences.

Relationships and Stakeholders:

  1. Direct Manager – Regulatory Reporting Section Manager
  2. Internal Stakeholders – Fund Administration Leaders, New Business Teams, Relationship Managers, and Product Teams
  3. External Key Stakeholders – Clients, Investment Managers, and Regulators

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration (desirable but not essential)
  2. Ability to build strong consultative relationships with external clients
  3. Self-motivated, innovative, and analytical
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to check and identify errors and interpret large amounts of data
  7. Demonstrates commitment to producing professional and high-quality work within required timelines
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge current processes and develop recommendations for alternative solutions
