Senior Insurance Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team lead to join our Insurance Audit division in Dublin.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of insurance audit clients, overseeing the full audit cycle from planning through to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, and experience in managing audit teams and client relationships.

- Manage a portfolio of insurance audit clients, overseeing the full audit cycle from planning through to completion.
- Lead audit teams on-site and remotely, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and support to audit teams, reviewing work and offering constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and coaching of junior team members, supporting their growth and progression.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years audit senior experience.
- 2-3 years experience in insurance audit.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and insurance industry regulations.
- Proven experience in managing audit teams and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under pressure.
