Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest level of customer experience in every transaction. You will lead a team to achieve these goals and collaborate with other stakeholders, including logistics suppliers, marketing teams, and purchasing departments.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Limerick city. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily e-commerce order fulfilment to ensure timely and high-standard deliveries
  • Improving order processing efficiency to minimize delays
  • Collaborating with purchasing teams to maintain stock levels and cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiating with logistics partners for efficient order packing and delivery
  • Handling refund processes and maintaining related records
  • Addressing customer service issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintaining and updating the CMS system for accessibility
  • Coordinating stock planning, staffing, and shared resources with the Raheen manager
  • Leading and developing the team, ensuring proper training and compliance
  • Overseeing performance management, staffing, and HR coordination

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership or operations position
  • Strong leadership and supply chain expertise
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software

A salary and bonus package in the region of €47,000 - €52,000 is offered, along with additional benefits.
