Job Summary:

As an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards across our portfolio. This includes providing leadership and commitment to project management activities, as well as direct on-site supervision when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust project portfolio planning and scheduling processes.
  • Provide direct on-site supervision to ensure key contractors and their teams safely deliver exceptional quality projects.
  • Conduct regular site audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies, site safety rules, and all relevant safety regulations.
  • Proactively manage non-compliance or EHS concerns through effective risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Compliance and/or Construction EHS roles.
  • Carpentry, Joinery, Timber Construction, or Construction finishing experience would be beneficial.
  • A third-level qualification or equivalent trade qualification with industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to agreed service level requirements.
