**Job Title:** Escalations Resolution Specialist
This role is responsible for managing escalated complaints and ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing escalated Financial Service complaints within Central Bank of Ireland timelines
- Coordinating with various departments to resolve customer complaints
- Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Providing training and guidance to team members
- Monitoring Credit Limit increase processes and procedures
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions
- Processing leave requests and ensuring adequate coverage
- Building strong internal partnerships to improve processes and service
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly Central Bank of Ireland, Central Credit Register, and GDPR regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Decision-making skills
- Interpersonal and motivational skills
- Adaptable to business changes
- CF8 certification required
