Electrical Engineering Leadership
The role of Senior Electrical Engineer involves leading and coordinating the electrical design and implementation of data centre projects in Dublin.

- Manage electrical construction drawings, resolve technical issues, and drive solutions to meet project goals.
- Provide expert advice on electrical engineering principles to subcontractors and site teams.
- Prioritize tasks for the technical team to ensure timely execution of works and high standards of compliance and governance.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety risks.
- Oversee document control processes, ensuring all records and technical documentation are up-to-date and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
- Develop test packs and handover documentation for electrical systems in line with commissioning and client requirements.

### Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical qualification) essential
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements on large-scale projects
- Data Centre experience advantageous
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Competency in MS Office and document control software
